Cauliflower Couscous

  1. Cut 1 small head of cauliflower into large florets
  2. Working in batches in a food processor cover and pulse
  3. In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add cauliflower; cook 8 minutes or just until beginning to brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add in 1/4 tsp each sea salt and black pepper.
